Also, products with glycolic, lactic or salicylic acid help because they help unclog pores. This condition is a buildup of protein so those ingredients can help. Try a mask (REN has a Glycol-Lactic option that isn’t harsh on the skin) and then build up to cleansers and moisturizers you use every day.
